Artist's Description

This is a magical place. Cabo means Cape and it is situated on the East Coast of Uruguay, South America. They want to leave it "virgin" so to get there you have to go on the back of a truck that is used by local people who know those roads. They are trying to avoid big traffic so tourists are not allowed to go by themselves in their won cars.

Madie Horne

Madie was born in Argentina. She has lived in Rome, Italy. In United States she lived in Rhode Island, New Jersey, Texas, Arizona and currently in South Carolina. But she has also lived several years in Venezuela and Uruguay. Since Madie was a little girl she wanted to play with color pencils… She drew little girl faces, doggies and clowns… later on she did some still life and landscapes but it wasn’t until she was an adult, a hard working single mother when she decided to do something about her passion for colors. Madie joined art workshops, took some drawing classes and got involved in every painting activity she could in the different countries where she lived. She even had the opportunity to participate in several exhibitions and...
